FRANCIS, WIS. — Wixon, Inc. has completed the $25.6 million expansion of Wixon West, one of its three blending and flavor production facilities in the Milwaukee area.
After beginning construction in fall 2025, the project has more than tripled the operation’s footprint and created 110 new jobs. Wixon originally operated a portion of the Milwaukee property, but it now has acquired the remainder and upgraded its manufacturing operations to support continued growth and evolving customer needs. Wixon said the facility now spans more than 350,000 square feet and features five packaging lines, including a new high-speed line, segregated blending suites, quality and analytical resources, and expanded distribution and warehouse capabilities. The facility still has room for future expansion, the company said.
“The expansion strengthens our ability to meet the evolving needs of our customers,” said Patrick McGarry, chief operating officer of Wixon. “With additional manufacturing capacity and upgraded infrastructure, we’re better equipped to support existing business, respond to new opportunities and maintain the quality and service our customers expect.”
Wixon said the facility complements its headquarters and main manufacturing campus in St. Francis, Wis., further strengthening its manufacturing presence in southeastern Wisconsin.
