Redefine Foods, Hormel Foods Corp. debut functional snack cake

ALPHARETTA, GA. — Redefine Foods is collaborating with Hormel Foods Corp. to launch Marshmallow Skippy Oatmeal Protein Pie. 

The snack is a soft-baked oatmeal cookie containing Skippy natural peanut butter spread and a marshmall0w-flavored filling.

Each gluten-free pie features 14 grams of protein and 8 grams of fiber.
