Puris launches pea protein ingredient

MINNEAPOLIS — Puris has launched H2-IZO, a pea protein for high-protein beverage and dairy alternative formulations. Puris said it developed the pea protein to offer a smoother, lighter sensory experience with high protein levels and fewer ingredients.

H2-IZO also may help manufacturers address key formulation challenges in sports and lifestyle nutrition products.
