MILWAUKIE, ORE. — Dave’s Killer Bread, a subsidiary of Flowers Foods, Inc., is going small with the launch of organic mini bagels. The mini bagels contain 100 calories and are available in two varieties: Plain Awesome and Epic Everything.
“DKB mini bagels are the perfect option for snacking, on-the-go and fun-sized meals for the whole family,” said Cristina Watson, senior director of brand management for Dave’s Killer Bread. “BreadHeads will love using mini bagels to make everything from sandwiches to pizza bagels. While their size is mini, their taste is anything but.”
The organic mini bagels have a suggested retail price of $7.49 for a 12-count bag.
In addition to the launch of organic mini bagels, DKB introduced regular-sized Summer Berry bagels. The bagels, which will be available through July, feature cranberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.
The Summer Berry bagels have a suggested retail price of $6.49 for a 5-count bag.
