NEW YORK — Unilever is introducing Knorr Cups, a line of ready-to-eat pasta and rice cups.
The meals are intended to be heated in the microwave.
The pasta cups are available in cheddar broccoli, chicken, creamy alfredo and creamy garlic varieties.
The rice cups are offered in cheddar broccoli, chicken, Spanish style and chicken broccoli varieties.
“Knorr believes no one should have to skip a meal because they’re short on time,” said Melanie Cappella, chief growth officer at Knorr. “Consumers are finding themselves busier than ever, but that doesn’t mean they have to compromise on flavor. Knorr Cups were created to fit into those real-life moments, delivering comforting taste in a format that works with their day.”
The meal cups are available at retailers nationwide in single cups or as an 8-count pack.
