CHICAGO — The Keebler Co., a subsidiary of The Ferrero Group, is expanding its Chips Deluxe cookie lineup with two new products and one reformulated product.
Chips Deluxe Fudge Filled is one of the two new products. Described as the first filled cookie with a crunchy base in the major market, the new product also contains soft fudge in the center.
The other new product is Chips Deluxe brownie. The thick, soft-baked chocolate chip cookie features cocoa and fudge chunks.
Keebler also reformulated its Chips Deluxe Chips & Chunks cookie to include 33% more chocolate.
“Our cookie lovers don’t settle for ordinary, and neither do we,” said Moyosola Akinkanju, senior brand manager at Ferrero. “The evolution of Chips Deluxe is a direct reflection of what consumers have been telling us they want: more chocolate, more indulgence and more magic. Everything that makes every bite worth savoring.”
All three Chips Deluxe products are now available at US retailers.
