Celsius Holdings updates leadership team

BOCA RATON, FLA. — Celsius Holdings, Inc., has announced leadership changes as part of its plan to further align its leadership structure with the continued execution of its total energy portfolio strategy.

The changes include elevating Tyler Bohannon from executive vice president of North American sales to chief commercial officer, effective immediately; naming Tony Guilfoyle, former chief customer officer, to the company’s newly created role of chief business transformation officer, which was effective in July; and the departure of Eric Hanson, president and chief operating officer.

Bohannon has been the company’s EVP of North American sales since February 2025. Prior to that, he was EVP of field sales.

Before coming to Celsius, Bohannon was with PepsiCo, Inc., as a senior sales director and earlier was vice president of Central US at Rockstar Energy Drink.

Guilfoyle held his previous CCO position from 2024 and, from February 2026, as the company’s chief customer officer until his newly appointed role, Celsius said.

Guilfoyle also has been with PepsiCo and Rockstar Energy drink holding leadership sales positions.

Hanson was the company’s president and COO since 2025.

Prior to joining Celsius, he was with PepsiCo. for approximately 27 years holding various leadership positions.
