Xochitl reformulates portfolio | Food Business News

IRVING, TEXAS. — Tortilla chip manufacturer Xochitl is reformulating its product portfolio, and the company’s products will now be cooked in avocado oil.

“By transitioning our entire product line to avocado oil, we are enhancing the overall snacking experience,” said Maura Mottolese, chief executive officer of Xochitl.

The reformulated line of products will launch at major retailers nationwide.
