Synergy Flavors launches dairy flavors line

WAUCONDA, ILL. — Synergy Flavors, a part of the Carbery Group, has developed a line of dairy flavors.

The dairy-containing flavors may mimic dairy components to enhance mid-body and base notes to offer a dairy-like experience in cheese, butter, cream, buttermilk and milk profiles, according to the company.

The flavors come in powders, spray-dry formats, emulsions and pastes and may withstand such processing conditions as retort, high heat and acidified systems.
