Genius Gourmet, Tapatio partner on snack innovation

COEUR D’ALENE, IDAHO. — Genius Gourmet is collaborating with Tapatío to launch Tapatío protein puffs, available in a spicy queso flavor.

The gluten-free snack offers 15 grams of protein per serving.
