
KANSAS CITY — The condiment aisle is expanding with new sauces, dips and spreads.
Graza, an olive oil brand, is expanding into the condiment aisle with mayonnaise. The olive-oil based mayonnaise is made with cage-free eggs. The condiment is available in original, fancy and garlic aioli varieties.
Guillermo’s Salsa, the Hispanic food company co-founded by television personality Guillermo Rodriguez and food entrepreneur Chris Kirby, is launching its flagship salsa. The salsa is offered in mild, medium and hot varieties. The offering is formulated with tomatoes, lime juice, onions, cilantro and peppers.
“I dreamed about this salsa back in 2003,” Rodriguez said. “Now you can eat my American dream. It’s made with beautiful ingredients that everyone can pronounce.”
McCormick & Co. is expanding its Frank’s RedHot brand with four new sauces. The sauce varieties include a garlic Parmesan wing sauce and dip, a pineapple Hawaiian wing sauce and dip, a spicy maple wing sauce and dip and a ghost pepper ranch squeeze sauce.
