OSF’s flavor innovations tap into ‘swicy’ trend

WINDSOR, CONN. — OSF Flavors is tapping into the “swicy” trend with two new flavor innovations: swicy soy barbecue and caramelized sweet corn and chili.

Swicy soy barbecue combines sweet Asian soy sauce with chili heat to offer smoky and grilled notes.

Caramelized sweet corn and chili is corn that features caramelized sweetness, paprika notes and a subtle spicy finish.
