HERSHEY, PA. — Andrew Archambault, US president at The Hershey Co., is leaving the chocolate and snack maker next month after just over a year at the company.
Plans call for Archambault to depart on May 1, Hershey said April 14 in an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company said in the filing that it has launched a search for his replacement.
Kirk Tanner, president and chief executive officer; Tiffany Menyhart, chief customer officer; and Nate Champagne, chief commercial officer, will work together to lead the US business in the interim, according to a Hershey spokesperson.
“Andrew Archambault, US president, has decided to leave Hershey to pursue another opportunity,” Hershey said. “At our recent investor day, we laid out our ONE Hershey commercial model — a clear and confident approach to bring the power of our portfolio to market and drive long-term growth. That direction is set. Kirk and the Hershey leadership team are fully focused on deepening our retail customer partnerships and executing against this model to create more moments of goodness for consumers.”
Archambault joined Hershey as president of US Confection in early February 2025 after more than seven years at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., most recently as US Beverages president. Before that, he spent three years as chief commercial and customer officer at The Nature’s Bounty Co. and over two years as a vice president and managing director at Bacardi USA. That followed more than 16 years at Coca-Cola, most recently as vice president of the US Walmart team at The Coca-Cola Co. and as market unit vice president at Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc.
ONE Hershey, launched March 16, unified Hershey’s sweet, salty and protein businesses under a single US commercial operating model. The new structure follows up on a US brand integration strategy unveiled in February by Tanner, who took the reins as president and CEO of Hershey in mid-August 2025.
